What happens in 30 minutes.
Skin assessment
Melissa examines your skin under professional lighting — texture, hydration, sebum levels, active congestion, sensitivity markers. She sees things that aren't visible in a mirror.
History + triggers
You'll talk through your current routine, lifestyle factors, diet, hormones, and anything that seems to correlate with flare-ups or changes. Context is everything.
A plan you can actually follow
You leave with a written home care routine — products, order, frequency — built around your specific skin. Not a generic list. Yours.

Treating skin without assessing it first is guessing.
Most people with persistent acne or skin concerns have spent years trying products recommended online, by friends, or by dermatologists who had five minutes to spare. Some things helped. Most didn’t. Nothing fully resolved it.
A proper consultation changes that. Instead of treating symptoms, Melissa looks for the underlying pattern — the category of acne, the barrier state of the skin, the ingredients that are likely making it worse. Then she builds a protocol from there.
